TERMS & CONDITIONS – METE Personal Travel

Consulting

1. Nature of Service

METE provides personalized travel consulting services. METE is not a travel agency and does

not sell travel packages.

The service includes:

1 Listening to the client’s needs

2 Designing tailor-made itineraries

3 Providing maps, contacts, links, and recommendations

4 Support before and during the trip

All bookings and payments for travel services (accommodation, transport, experiences) are

made directly by the client or through a partner travel agency chosen by the client.

2. Consulting Request & Booking Process

Clients may contact METE via website, WhatsApp, or email and submit a travel consultation

request form. A free initial call (10–15 minutes) is offered to understand the travel needs. Only

after the proposal is accepted and the consultation fee is paid, the itinerary design process

begins.

3. Payments

The consultation fee must be paid before the start of the service. Payments may be made via

bank transfer, PayPal, payment link, or Satispay. The fee refers exclusively to the design of the

personalized itinerary, not to any travel services.

4. Delivery Time

The itinerary will be delivered within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless

otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

Up to two revisions of the itinerary are included. Any additional revisions may be subject to an

extra fee.

6. Refund Policy

The consultation fee is non-refundable once the itinerary design work has started. However, it is

possible to change travel dates or change destination at no additional cost, as long as the work

has not been completed.

7. Liability

METE is not responsible for price changes, cancellations, delays, service disruptions, weather

conditions, or issues related to third-party suppliers. All bookings and contracts are made directly

between the client and the service providers or the partner agency.

8. Support During the Trip

Support via WhatsApp is available before departure and during the trip between 09:00 – 20:00

(Italian time).

9. Use of Content

All itineraries, texts, and materials provided by METE are for personal use only and may not be

resold, copied, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy & Personal Data

All personal data provided by the client is used solely to respond to inquiries, create personalized

itineraries, and provide support. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without

consent, in compliance with current privacy regulations.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a consultation and completing the payment, the client confirms having read,

understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
